Return Policy

At Glamfigure Ireland we hope you love everything you buy from us, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought we promise to issue you with a full refund on any items returned within 14 days of delivery.

We aim to process all refunds within 21 days and will send you a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. Customers will pay for the post and package for returns.

Please ensure all items are returned to us in the same condition in which they were sold with the refund form completed.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We will not be held accountable if the product doesn't reach us and a refund will not be taken in place
  • We only do refunds no exchange at this moment of time.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery

  • Faulty Item

    If you receive a faulty item please email our support team, quoting your order number, your details, details of the faulty product and if you require a refund or replacement. If you require a refund we will examine the fault and contact you with our outcome. Please email for assistance.

    Received the Wrong Item

    If the item you have received is not what you originally ordered, please email our support team, quoting your order number, your details, information regarding the products and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then contact you within 7 days and advise you on how to proceed with the matter. Please email for assistance.
